Clothing company's growing gains.


Adams & Co. recently brokered a 10-year, 11,711 s/f lease at 1412 Broadway for Y & Q International Trade Group Inc., a women's clothing manufacturer whose designs are carried throughout the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. .

David Menaged of Adams & Co. represented the tenant while Jesse Jesse (jĕs`ē), in the Bible, the descendant of Rahab, the grandson of Boaz and Ruth, and the father of David. Referring to the restoration of the Davidic monarchy, the Book of Isaiah speaks of a shoot coming from the "stump of Jesse.  Rubens of Murray Hill Murray Hill may refer to one of the following places:
  • Murray Hill, Kentucky
  • Murray Hill, Manhattan, a residential neighborhood in New York City
  • Murray Hill, Queens, a different locality in New York City

"Y & Q has quadrupled its office space since we first found the company a space two years ago, " said Menaged. "The Fashion District is obviously a great location for a rapidly growing clothing company, and I'm very happy to have helped the company expand."
