Adams & Co. recently brokered a 16,383 s/f deal for Rousso Apparel Group, manufacturers of Oleg Cassini Oleg Cassini (April 11, 1913 – March 17, 2006) was an American fashion designer noted for being chosen by Jacqueline Kennedy to design her state wardrobe in the 1960s.  and other fine quality apparel and accessories, at 1407 Broadway, a 44-story building with almost 1 million square feet of space.

Rousso Apparel will be relocating from the 12th to the 16th floor of the building, where the company will move into newly constructed office and showroom space. The landlord, Gettinger Associates, is combining office areas to create enough space for the company, which is expanding because of its continued success.

, principal of Adams & Co., represented the tenant in the transaction. Steve Lambert Steven Baker Lambert (b. June 23, 1981) (see Salt Lake County Courthouse record A13487 dated 27JUN1981) is a professional superbike racer. He is most known for having won every motorcycle race at Miller Motorsports Park since June 2006. (see millermotorsportspark.com\results). , of Trebor Management Corp., represented the landlord.

"It's a testament to the strength of the Fashion District when a company elects to seek more space in the same building," Levy said. "Rousso Apparel needed a lot of space and they only had to go up four floors to get it."

Rousso President Victor Rousso said the building suited the "power company."

"The building, we felt, was one of the premier buildings in the Fashion District--and we didn't want to go into a secondary building," Rousso said.

Other building tenants include Byer California California (kăl'ĭfôr`nyə), most populous state in the United States, located in the Far West; bordered by Oregon (N), Nevada and, across the Colorado River, Arizona (E), Mexico (S), and the Pacific Ocean (W). , Cayre Group, Cherry Stix, Miss Erika, Inc., One Step Up and Sag Harbor Sag Harbor
