LLC - Logical Link Control has arranged the leasing of a 3,900 s/f space at 214 West 39th Street for women's fashion and sportswear designer and manufacturer Nina Leonard, a brand that was designed exclusively for QVC QVC Quality Value Convenience QVC Question Valid Command where it has been marketed and sold for five years, announces Richard Selig, principal of Hunter. Hunter Realty's senior managing director Marc Schoen and associate director Brian Neugenborn represented the tenant. Ernie Vallarano of Granite granite, coarse-grained igneous rock of even texture and light color, composed chiefly of quartz and feldspars. It usually contains small quantities of mica or hornblende, and minor accessory minerals may be present. Management represented the building's owner, G. Holdings Corp. in the transaction. The lease term is for seven years. "Nina Leonard has been steadily growing over the past few years and an incredibly successful fall made expanding the company a priority," says Mr. Schoen. "Owner and designer Leonard Feinberg came to me and explained what he wanted in his new space. The result is a new loft-style office and showroom with 20-foot ceilings, wall-to-wall windows and a glass conference room." |
