Clorox Will Consolidate Armor All Operations at its Bay Area Locations.OAKLAND, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 27, 1997--The Clorox Company has announced that starting March 31 it will begin to consolidate the operations of Armor All Products at its Oakland headquarters and technical center in Pleasanton, Calif. Clorox acquired the Aliso Viejo (Orange County) business on Dec. 31. Clorox representatives informed Armor All's headquarters staff that virtually all of their responsibilities will be consolidated over a period of several months into like functions at Clorox's general offices. Some 106 employees will be affected. "Having to take actions that impact jobs is difficult at best.
