Dan Heinrich, formerly senior vice president-treasurer of Transamerica Finance Corporation, has accepted the corporate officer position of vice president-controller at Clorox. Greg Frank, currently vice president-controller for Clorox, has been appointed to the position of vice president-treasurer. As the company's chief accounting officer, Heinrich will have responsibility for financial reporting and systems, customer financial services and internal audit. Frank will have overall responsibility for corporate planning and analysis, capital structure planning, cash management, foreign currency management and risk management. "These appointments provide highly experienced and capable leadership for two key functions at Clorox," said Group Vice President -Chief Financial Officer Karen Rose. "Dan's public accounting background and familiarity with systems implementation will help strengthen the accounting process at Clorox." Since 1978, Heinrich has held positions of increasing responsibility in financial and accounting management, including eight years at First Nationwide Bank during which he served as controller and chief accounting officer.
