Bu calismada; uzun sureli N (omega)-nitro-L-arjinin (L-NNA) uygulamasiyla gelisen hipertansiyonda klonidinin kan basinci ve vaskuler alfa-adrenerjik reseptorler uzerine etkilerini inceleyerek kronik NOS inhibisyonu aracili hipertansiyon gelisimine sempatik sistemin katkisiny belirlemek amaclanmistir.
