Reseller and Professional Services Agreement Improves Security and Compliance for Government, Financial and Large Corporate Customers

VIENNA, Va. -- Cloakware Inc., the security solutions provider that makes security inseparable from software, announced today that it has partnered with Securia Ltd., a Canadian-based Value-Added Reseller (VAR) focused on best of breed security solutions. As a result, Securia is now an official channel for Cloakware Security Suite, Cloakware Server Password Manager (CSPM) and all accompanying support services to Canadian-based government and corporate organizations.

Securia is Cloakware's fifth channel partner, and first outside the USA. Cloakware's VAR recruiting program announced in mid-2006 is expanding distribution to both commercial and government organizations through channel partners that are trusted and specialized in security solutions and implementation services.

With this partnership, Securia rounds out its arsenal of premier security solutions.
