Bruker Daltonics' business in Asia-Pacific has grown rapidly in recent years, based on innovative, high-quality products, and a strong commitment to customer service and support. Mr. Seymour will be responsible for the management of the Company's life-science sales and marketing, as well as all associated customer service and support operations in the Asia-Pacific Region, including Bruker Daltonics organizations in Australia, China/HK, Singapore/South-East Asia (Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, Indonesia) and Taiwan, in addition to distribution channels covering South Korea and New Zealand New Zealand (zē`lənd), island country (2005 est. pop. 4,035,000), 104,454 sq mi (270,534 sq km), in the S Pacific Ocean, over 1,000 mi (1,600 km) SE of Australia. Previously, from 1992 to 1997, he was European Market Area Manager for Pharmacia Biotech Europe, and Regional Marketing and Sales Manager for Pharmacia Biotech Asia Pacific.
