Clive G. Mendelow, Esq., Vice Chairman and COO of Binswanger/CBB, has been elected to full Fellowship of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Mr. Mendelow was identified by the RICS as an Eminent Property Professional and elected to Fellowship in recognition of his exceptional professional standing, knowledge and experience.

Based in London, the RICS is one of the world's leading professional bodies addressing all aspects of land, property, construction and the associated environmental issues.

The highest category of RICS membership and a mark of significant professional and personal achievement, election to Fellowship as an Eminent Professional is only offered to a select few property professionals around the world.
