ClipsCom, Inc., an Internet video-on-demand company, today announced its acquisition of ithought.com, the leading nationwide consumer rating Web site for service businesses.

ClipsCom, Inc. and ithought.com, both private companies, will continue to exist as destination Web sites, while also collaborating to develop complementary, innovative and high-value offerings for both consumers and businesses.

Under the agreement, Greg Granello, formerly chief executive officer of ithought.com, becomes chief executive officer of ClipsCom. Chris Bowles, founder and formerly chairman, and Cindy Brown Cindy Brown or Cynthia Brown may refer to:
