Clipper edged in brave effort.A yacht named after Cardiff has failed to make the podium in the latest leg of a round-the-world race. The Cardiff Clipper finished fourth in the 5,600-mile race from China to Canada. Crew member Sian Hooper, from Bridgend, said: 'We battled with long periods of harsh storms but I enjoyed every minute.'
