Paul Pratt, 24, of 27 Burghardt St., Worcester, was arrested at 2:55 a.m. by officers James Hisman and Kathleen Gadomski and charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of liquor, failure to keep right and resisting arrest resisting arrest n. the crime of using physical force (no matter how slight in the eyes of most law enforcement officers) to prevent arrest, handcuffing and/or taking the accused to jail. .

William R. Travis B. Cohn, 44, of 123 Washington St., Clinton, was arrested at 7:47 p.m. by officers Albert Bedard and Paul Silvester Jr. and charged with domestic assault and battery.
