Clinicor Appoints Three Experienced Executives to Growing Salesforce.

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 6, 1999--Clinicor, Inc. (OTC BB: CLCR), an innovative provider of clinical research services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries, today announced the appointments of Janice E. Hutt, 42, D. Patrick Hankey, Ph.D., 33, and Ajay K. Ohri, 40, to the Company's sales and marketing division.

Ms. Hutt joins Clinicor as Director of Business Development following four years at The Covalent Group (NASDAQ:CVGR), most recently serving as Manager, Business Development. She began her career in 1979 as a Research Scientist in the study of drug metabolism at Merck and Company (NYSE:MRK).

Dr. Hankey, Director of Business Development, comes to Clinicor from PAREXEL International Corporation (NASDAQ:PRXL), most recently serving as Senior Associate, Proposal Development Group. His extensive research work, primarily relating to bones and tissues, has appeared in thirteen published articles. Dr. Hankey received his Ph.D. in Medical Genetics from the Queen's University of Belfast (Northern Ireland).

Mr. Ohri joined Clinicor as a Director of Business Development (based in Bridgewater, NJ) December 1997. Mr. Ohri's extensive industry experience prior to joining the Company includes a tenure as Territory Manager with Warner Lambert's (NYSE:WLA) Parke-Davis Division where he was instrumental in more than tripling product market share over a three-year period.

The new members of the sales and marketing team report directly to Susan Krivacic, Clinicor's Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development. Ms. Krivacic joined Clinicor in April 1998 having previously served as Executive Director, Business Development Oncology Therapeutics at Quintiles Transnational Corp. (NASDAQ:QTRN).
