Clinical Information Corporation (CIC) and Salt Lake City-based Park City Solutions (PCS) signed a Marketing Partnership Agreement under which Park City Solutions will be a Value Added Reseller of CIC's Clinical Information Integrator.

The Health Information Compliance and Patient Safety System, called the Clinical Information Integrator, manages the secure and confidential release of all protected health information and improves medical-records staff productivity. The System creates a tamper-proof digital envelope containing the patient's confidential medical record, signed consent and authorizations, while maintaining a six-year audit trail. Typically located in the medical records office of any larger healthcare provider organization, the system is also offered to clinics and doctor's offices via the Internet. PCS plans to sell or sub-license the Clinical Information Integrator under their private label and offer a package of related services, including implementation, integration, certification, and auditing. The non-exclusive agreement covers the continental United States and the United Kingdom.
