Clinical Data and Diagene in Cardiac Channelopathy Test Distribution Agreement for Germany, Switzerland and Austria.

NEWTON, Mass. -- Clinical Data, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLDA) today announced its PGxHealth[TM] division has entered into a distribution agreement with Diagene GmbH, a reference laboratory for molecular genetic and medical analysis in Europe, under which Diagene will have exclusive rights to market and sell Clinical Data's FAMILION([R]) test in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria. FAMILION is a genetic test designed to identify mutations in people with inherited cardiac channelopathies such as Long QT Syndrome (LQTS) and Brugada Syndrome.
