A Jacksonville clinic changed hands in a $295,000 deal.

Advanced Women's Care PLLC, led by Jesse Kane, acquired the 1405 Braden St. property. The sellers are Specialty Clinic Building Co. and Jacksonville Specialty Clinic Building Co., led by Ian Scruggs.

The deal is backed with a three-year loan of $283,334 from First Arkansas Bank & Trust. The 0.8-acre development previously was linked with a January 1984 mortgage of $232,205 held by the bank.

The property was bought for an undisclosed sum in July 1983 from Rebsamen Memorial Hospital.
