CliniCon Announces Board Appointments.

FRANKLIN, Tenn.--(BW HealthWire)--Oct. 4, 2000

James B. Creason, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, today announces the appointment of Dr. M. Patrick McNees, PhD and Dennis L. Grimaud to the company's Board of Directors. The appointment of these two individuals is the first round of expected board appointments. The remaining board seats will be named subsequent to CliniCon's capitalization capitalization n. 1) the act of counting anticipated earnings and expenses as capital assets (property, equipment, fixtures) for accounting purposes. 2) the amount of anticipated net earnings which hypothetically can be used for conversion into capital assets.  process now underway and anticipated to conclude no later than January 31, 2001.

Dr. McNees is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Applied Health Science, Inc., a Seattle, WA based research and software development firm. Dr. McNees has served on faculties at Middle Tennessee State University Middle Tennessee State University (founded September 11, 1911, and commonly abbreviated as MTSU) is an American university located in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. , the University of Kansas The University of Kansas (often referred to as KU or just Kansas) is an institution of higher learning in Lawrence, Kansas.
