Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000. , as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 22, 1998. (now trading Nasdaq: KUAL) and its majority owned subsidiary Infu-Tech, Inc. (Nasdaq: INFU), a network of health care companies focused on home care, long term care, assisted living and managed care. Mr. Neill's lengthy career experience has included that of Acting Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer of Pharmos Corporation (Nasdaq: PARS), a biopharmaceutical company in the business of developing novel drug technologies; Vice President - Finance, Chief Financial Officer of BTR Inc., the US subsidiary of BTR plc, a British diversified manufacturing company with US revenues of approximately $3.5 billion; and Vice President - Financial Services of The BOC Group, Inc., a British industrial gases company with substantial operations in the health care industry.
