Clifford J. Adams resigns as President of Statewide Savings Bank.


JERSEY CITY, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--December 5, 1996--Clifford J. Adams has resigned from his position as President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
