Clifford Chance intends to occupy 14 contiguous floors of the building with expansion options in 10 and 15 years. Among the many facilities, the new Clifford Chance space will contain a state-of-the-art conference center, conference rooms on all 10 practice group floors and a spacious cafeteria.
