Clifford Chance Continues Global Roll-Out of ADERANT; World's Largest Law Firm Implementing ADERANT Expert, Powered by Keystone in 28 Offices.

ATLANTA -- ADERANT, a global provider of business and financial management software for professional services organizations, today announced that the world's largest law firm, Clifford Chance, has successfully implemented ADERANT Expert, Powered by Keystone at the firm's German offices in Frankfurt, Dusseldorf, and Munich. Clifford Chance's German roll-out of ADERANT Expert is part of the firm's ongoing global implementation of ADERANT's practice management system.

Clifford Chance is a truly integrated global law firm with more than 3,300 legal advisors. The firm provides in-depth local knowledge and a uniquely global perspective, successfully advising financial institutions, commercial enterprises, and state and regulatory bodies on complex and critical legal issues.

Clifford Chance is implementing ADERANT Expert in its worldwide offices as part of the firm's comprehensive Global Practice Management System project. ADERANT's solution is being implemented in conjunction with Oracle Financials to provide Clifford Chance with an integrated and global practice and financial management solution.

Integrating Worldwide Operations

Clifford Chance's implementation of ADERANT Expert is a critical part of the firm's comprehensive Global Practice Management System (GPMS) project. The primary business objective of Clifford Chance's GPMS project is to enable consistent, global processes throughout the firm's operating regions and individual offices.

Clifford Chance's GPMS project will provide the firm with an integrated time and billing, practice management, and financial management solution. Hosted out of the firm's London office, the new solution will be used by all of the firm's fee earners and administrative staff worldwide. The system will also improve users' visibility into financial information and provide the ability to drill-down into matter-level and transactional data.

Track Record of Success

ADERANT's professional services team played an essential role in helping Clifford Chance roll out its GPMS project worldwide, starting with a pilot program in the firm's Paris and Amsterdam offices.

Both offices went live on ADERANT Expert in December 2004, paving the way for ADERANT's professional services team to implement ADERANT Expert in several other Clifford Chance offices throughout Europe and Asia. Clifford Chance's London office went live in October 2005. Its Tokyo, Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, and Bangkok offices followed in March 2006.

Clifford Chance plans to have all of its 28 worldwide offices running on its GPMS and ADERANT Expert by March 2007.
