Cliff death charges.TWO activity instructors have been charged over the death of a 15-year-old girl who fell off a cliff. The Abernethy Trust, who run the centre, and Gareth Alcorn, 25, and Richard Farrell, 28, have been charged with failing to ensure the girl's safety and failure to prevent employees from using an unsafe site. The case has been continued for two weeks without plea at Kirkcudbright Sheriff Court. |
