ClientSoft Elects Steven S. Antebi, Jack Early to Board of Directors.

ClientSoft, an industry leader whose sales have increased over 230 percent in the last three years and is currently preparing for an anticipated initial public offering in the Year 2000, expanded its Board of Directors with the election of Steven S. Antebi and Jack Early.

Mr. Antebi, a former Managing Director of Bear Stearns The Bear Stearns Companies, Inc. (NYSE: BSC) is the parent company of Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., one of the largest global investment banks and securities trading and brokerage firms in the world.  & Co.
