ClientSoft Elects Steven S. Antebi, Jack Early to Board of Directors.

ClientSoft, an industry leader whose sales have increased over 230 percent in the last three years and is currently preparing for an anticipated initial public offering in the Year 2000, expanded its Board of Directors with the election of Steven S. Antebi and Jack Early.

Mr. Antebi, a former Managing Director of Bear Stearns & Co. Inc., currently serves as a Board member and principal of several prominent companies in the technology and entertainment industries, including: DVD Express, the largest on-line distributor of DVD's; NetTaxi, an e-commerce based virtual community and portal; The Holman Group, a large healthcare provider; Virtual Technology Corporation, a leading on-line Internet hardware and software retailer; Maximum Holdings, Inc., a company with over 50 on-line communities in video games including Voodoo, warzone, gamecave and gamefan; American Artists International, an independent motion picture production company; Flashfind, Inc., a comprehensive Internet portal for design, operating, maintenance and repair information; Symposium, a platform for interlinking operation divisions which can offer a wide range of services to the electronics retailing industry; International Golf Tours; and M.E.S. Mr. Early, co-founder of Early, Cloud & Company (ECC), a maker of software for the telemarketing industry, served in various capacities, including President and Vice Chairman from 1983 to 1990. During that time, the company grew from a startup to a significant force in the telemarketing software industry. Among its clients were Allstate Insurance, Pacific Bell, J.C. Penney and Citibank. ECC chose IBM as a strategic partner and was eventually acquired by IBM in 1995.
