ClientLogic Offers Flexibility and Staffing Expertise

During Busy Holiday Season

ClientLogic Corporation, a leading international business process outsourcer in the contact center and fulfillment industry, today announced that it has signed a contract to provide order processing and customer post-sale service for KBtoys.com(TM), which operates two popular toy sites, KBtoys.com (www.kbtoys.com) and eToys(R) (www.etoys.com).

The online toy retailer experiences a highly seasonal selling cycle, doing the majority of its annual sales during the three-month holiday shopping season. KBtoys.com selected ClientLogic in part because of its prior experience with this kind of seasonal ramp-up. ClientLogic supplies the hiring and training tools and processes necessary to address such rapid change cost effectively and efficiently. In addition, ClientLogic offers a worldwide network of 9,000 agents and 31 call center sites to balance workloads among its centers. While a majority of the KBtoys.com business will be handled by ClientLogic's Kingstree, South Carolina Kingstree is a town in Williamsburg County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 3,496 at the 2000 census. It is the county seat of Williamsburg CountyGR6.  facility, other sites will handle portions of the work and help to address the seasonal fluctuation Fluctuation
