Savings Expectations From Annual Carrier Bids Can Now Be Realized

Through Clicklogistics' Dynamic Carrier Selection (DCS) Technology

Clicklogistics, Inc., a leading provider of logistics technology and management services, today announced the release of Version 3.0 of its web-native transportation management system (TMS), Clicklogistics Online(R).

Version 3.0 is headlined by a production release of the company's Dynamic Carrier Selection module.

Dynamic Carrier Selection allows shippers to proactively manage the load tender and re-tender process. Many shippers have not yet automated their tender function, and those that have often use systems that assume their carriers have capacity and will accept all primary tenders.

Without DCS technology, shippers are in reactive mode when a load tender is rejected. This means scrambling to the phones to find a carrier while the clock is ticking to get the freight moved."
