Revenues increased to $2.44 million, a 30% increase over fiscal 2004 revenues of $1.88 million. A large majority of the sales increase is attributed to organic growth and the Company's ability to expand its customer base within its present geographic territories in markets including: Long Island, Westchester, Bronx, Queens, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Northern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. The Company's recently announced acquisition of Lorusso Oil had a minimal effect on sales growth in fiscal 2005 due to the acquisition's close date in late February. The acquisition is expected to contribute approximately $600,000 in the current fiscal year. While we added no new territory this past season, sales growth continued in those areas we currently serve. This is a result of a 'filling in' of new accounts in areas where we currently maintain a presence.
