Clickability Inc., a provider of brand-transparent Web-based tools designed specifically for online publishers, continues to develop and strengthen the company's core management team with the addition of Alla Panchenko as vice president of sales and partner marketing and Angela Bicos as director of strategic alliance.

Panchenko will be responsible for driving the sales and revenue strategy for Clickability, as well as overseeing all partner-marketing initiatives. A 12-year veteran of the publishing industry, Panchenko served as the director of business development at IDG Executive Forums. She also worked for Ziff-Davis as director of corporate sales, where she was responsible for leading business development efforts across six individual ZD business units.
