ClickTheButton.com Announces That Online Shoppers Can Now Obtain Independent Price Comparisons While Browsing Music and Movie Titles At Leading Online Stores.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 30, 1999--

ClickTheButton.com, a leading provider of price comparison services on the Internet, announced today that online shoppers can now "ClickTheButton" to obtain price comparisons while browsing hundreds of thousands of music and movie titles for sale at Amazon.com, Borders.com, Buy.com, eToys, CDNOW, BigStar.com and Reel.com.

This service is unique because it allows people to obtain price comparisons by clicking a Button in the corner of their computer's desktop window while browsing at these online stores. ClickTheButton.com provides unbiased product pricing information in response to these 'clicks' and has no affiliation with any online merchants.

Today's announcement marks the company's launch of its price comparison service for use while browsing music and movie titles. It is a dramatic expansion of the Company's established services for browsing online bookstores. People who already use the service for books do not need to reconfigure their hardware or software to obtain price comparisons while browsing these newly supported products and stores.

To access the company's price comparison services, users must ClickTheButton. TheButton is a software icon that can be downloaded at no charge from the company's web site: http://www.clickthebutton.com. TheButton installs next to the clock on a Windows computer (or in the Apple menu on the Macintosh). People can ClickTheButton to get a price comparison while browsing millions of books and now hundreds of thousands of music and movie titles.
