ClickNet Software Names David Worthington Chief Financial Officer.

ClickNet Software Corporation, a leading anti-hacking security solutions provider, today announced the appointment of David Worthington to chief financial officer (CFO See Chief Financial Officer. ). As CFO, Worthington is responsible for managing all worldwide financial operations and brings more than 25 years of corporate finance management experience to ClickNet. He reports directly to Lou Ryan, ClickNet's president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. .

Before joining Burke Industries, Worthington spent 11 years as CFO at Electro-Technology Corporation, a manufacturer of high-environment tape recorders for aerospace applications. His career started with four years as an audit supervisor for Ernst & Young.
