BELLEVUE, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 4, 2002

Click2learn, Inc. (Nasdaq:CLKS) announced that on December 3, 2002 it received notice from NASDAQ that the company had regained compliance with the continued listing requirements Listing requirements

Requirements, including minimum shares outstanding, market value, and income, that are laid down by an exchange for any stock to be listed for trading.
 for the NASDAQ National Market.

On September 3, NASDAQ notified the company that its common stock had failed to maintain a minimum bid price of at least $1 per share over the previous 30 consecutive trading days In Business, the trading day is the time span that a particular stock exchange is open. For example, the New York Stock Exchange is, as of 2006, open from 09:30AM to 4:00PM. Trading days never take place on weekends.  as required by the NASDAQ Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(5) and that the company had 90 days to regain compliance. Since then, the closing bid price of the company's common stock has been at $1 per share or greater for at least 10 consecutive trading days.
