Click Commerce Launches Tradestream 5.0 to Support Demand-Driven Supply Networks; New Features Help Companies Respond in Real Time to Dynamic Supply Chain Requirements.


CHICAGO -- Click Commerce, Inc. (Nasdaq:CKCM), a leading provider of collaborative commerce solutions and a pioneer in the software as a service (SaaS) industry, announced today the release of its Tradestream version 5.0 supply chain management software. Tradestream 5.0 will help companies turn their most complex supply chain challenges into a competitive advantage by coordinating and optimizing execution across their trading community. The new software release includes enhancements that enable real-time responsiveness to changing supply and demand conditions, which will lead to opportunities for companies to improve customer service levels and reduce overall inventory.

Tradestream 5.0 delivers essential features required to build demand-driven supply networks. These features include:

--Enhanced multi-tier process coordination and visibility. The enhanced visibility and track and trace features in Tradestream 5.0 enable proactive management of orders, shipments, and inventory throughout the supply chain, maximizing customer response and providing customers with a real-time view of order status.

--Predictive event management. Predictive event management capabilities sense and respond to supply and demand irregularities before they can affect customer satisfaction and loyalty.

--Performance measurement and reporting. A measurement dashboard provides customers with a "pulse" of their supply chain. With this dashboard, senior managers can not only see the performance trend of multiple sections of the supply chain, but also see the impact of operations decisions of the past.

--Configurable dynamic sourcing. With configurable dynamic sourcing, companies can identify the best sources for inventory across the supply chain to satisfy demand and maximize fill rates, while minimizing inventory and cycle times.
