Cleverly faces an Italian job in his quest for European glory.


UNBEATEN Nathan Cleverly's Italian job has been confirmed for January 29.

The 22-year-old undefeated British and Commonwealth light-heavyweight champion will face ex-holder Antonio Brancalion for the European title in the Italian's hometown of Rovigo for what will be only his second fight overseas.

The only previous time that Cleverly - who has an unblemished 18-fight record - has boxed abroad was when he outpointed Antonio Baker over eight rounds on the Joe Calzaghe-Bernard Hopkins undercard un·der·card
