Clendenning Named to Head INX International.

INX International Ink Co. has announced that Rick Clendenning will assume the office of president effective Oct. 13, 1999. Mr. Clendenning succeeds Frank J. Moravec, who had held the post since 1995.

A 28-year veteran of the printing ink industry, Mr. Clendenning began his career with Acme Printing Ink Company in 1971. Currently, Mr. Clendenning is senior vice president of operations for INX, and has served on the INX Board of Directors since 1994.

Mr. Moravec has left the company to pursue other business opportunities, as have Michael J. Tennis, senior vice president of finance, and Frank Kuhn, senior vice president of sales.
