The Clemson University Fire Department says there is smoke and water damage to some dormitory rooms on the fifth and sixth floor. Residents have been allowed back into the other parts of Byrnes Hall. Residents of rooms on the fifth and sixth floor that suffered smoke and water damage are expected to be able to return to by Tuesday night.
