The conference call previously scheduled for Aug. 8 has been changed to 11 a.m. Eastern (10 a.m. Central) Aug. 12.

The earnings announcement and conference call were rescheduled due to continued analysis of the complexity of the recent bankruptcy bankruptcy, in law, settlement of the liabilities of a person or organization wholly or partially unable to meet financial obligations. The purposes are to distribute, through a court-appointed receiver, the bankrupt's assets equitably among creditors and, in most  filings by Mirant Corp. and certain of its subsidiaries, and the impact of such filings on Cleco's financial statements.

A live webcast of the conference call can be accessed through www.cleco.com. A replay of the call will be available at the company's Web site for 12 months after the call.
