Clearwater Gas System is First to Join APGA Hometown Energy Loan Program; Yankee Financial Provides Financing.

"Our 14,000 customers can truly benefit from this program," explained Chuck Warrington, Managing Director of the Clearwater Gas System. "As a municipal utility, we couldn't afford to offer this program on our own. With the APGA and Yankee Energy, now we can."

Through HELP, customers of APGA member utilities will be able to finance home energy improvements up to $15,000 for as long as ten years while locking in a fixed interest rate. There are no prepayment penalties Prepayment penalty
