Cleartron Announces Agreement Wth Travis Morgan Securities.

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2000

Cleartron Corp., specializing in low-frequency wireless data communications data communications, application of telecommunications technology to the problem of transmitting data, especially to, from, or between computers. In popular usage, it is said that data communications make it possible for one computer to "talk" with another. , today announced that Travis Morgan Securities, Inc. will serve as its financial advisors.

Travis Morgan, a full service investment bank and brokerage firm based in Irvine, CA., in its capacity as financial advisor, will identify and introduce qualified investors to Cleartron for the purpose of providing the necessary capital for the acquisition of wireless licenses and the required working capital for expected growth during the next year.
