Clearswift Announces Jon Lee as New CEO.

REDWOOD CITY, Calif. -- Clearswift, The MIMEsweeper(TM) Company and the world's No. 1 in content security, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Lee as chief executive officer.

Lee joins Clearswift from Fair Isaac Corp. where he held the role of VP international. Prior to Fair Issac, Lee was CEO at London Bridge Software Holdings, the successful United Kingdom software company who was acquired by Fair Isaac in May 2004. Lee has also held senior roles with McKinsey & Company Inc. and Ernst & Young Management Consultants.

Lee was awarded a first class honors degree in electrical and electronic engineering by the University of Bath in 1987 and a master's degree in management from MIT Sloan School of Management in 1992.

Lee will take over the CEO position previously held by David Guyatt, who will continue to take an active role on the Clearswift board and remain a significant shareholder in the business.
