SAN RAMON, Calif. -- New MAILsweeper Business Suite II eliminates spam false positives while simplifying administration and reporting to dramatically reduce e-mail burden on IT managers

Building on the promise of MAILsweeper Business Suite I Clearswift, the MIMEsweeper(TM) company, today launched MAILsweeper Business Suite II, an all-in-one solution designed to provide e-mail content security, stop spam, prevent false positives, remotely manage e-mail security systems and provide up-to-date detailed management reports on inappropriate activity. The anti-spam component now includes a Personal Message Manager (PMM) that will make managing spam even easier and reduce the burden on IT resources even further by devolving management to the individual.

MAILsweeper Business Suite II also features a brand new Web-based Report Center that gives total insight into how the organization utilizes e-mail. A wide range of pre-configured reports are available to monitor e-mail traffic, spot trends and prevent e-mail misuse, so that the e-mail policy can be fine-tuned according to the needs of the organization. It is also possible to allow designated users access to the reporting center so that management can create reports.
