Young, P.Eng. as two independent directors on Clearnet's Board of Directors. Both MacKay-Lassonde and Young are Canadian citizens. They will fill vacancies left by the resignations from the board of two members of management, Robert G. McFarlane, Clearnet's Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and Lee D. Meredith, Clearnet's Controller. McFarlane and Meredith were appointed to the board pending the identification and appointment of these two independent directors. McFarlane and Meredith retain their senior management positions at Clearnet. Robert C.
