Clearly Canadian Signs Jamaican Gold Letter of Intent for North America.

Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation ("CCBC") (TSE: CLV; NASDAQ: CCBC) today announced that it has signed a Letter of Intent for a 3-year renewable distribution agreement with New Jamaican Gold, Inc. ("NJG").

The agreement will provide CCBC with the exclusive distribution rights to NJG's line of Jamaican Gold(R) iced coffee beverages in North America, including continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and Caribbean countries. The agreement will further provide CCBC with the first right of refusal on international distribution opportunities for the Jamaican Gold brand.

Jamaican Gold(R) Cappuccino is an iced coffee beverage available in four delicious flavours. Blended using premium coffee beans from Jamaica, Jamaican Gold is currently sold in a 11 oz. can (325ml). With Clearly Canadian's assistance, Jamaican Gold Cappuccino will soon be available in a proprietary 9.5 oz. glass bottle.
