Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation (TSE:CLV) (NASDAQ:CCBC) today announced that its U.S. subsidiary, CC Beverage (U.S.) Corporation ("CC Beverage"), has finalized the acquisition of the assets of Home Service Networks, Inc. ("Home Service"), a home and office water manufacturing and delivery company in Washington State. Effective April 1, 2000, this acquisition provides CC Beverage with 2,500 new home and office delivery customers in the Pacific Northwest that are located in areas that the company already serves.
