Clearly Canadian Beverage Corporation (the "Company") Announces Further Private Placement.VANCOUVER, BC--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 15, 1995-- The Company wishes to announce that it is proceeding with a private placement of 495,000 units, at a price of $1.52 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one non- transferable share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase an additional common share over a period of two years at an exercise price of $1.52 per share in the first year and $1.75 per share in the second year. This private placement will be with certain individuals and/or companies which have established relationships with the Company, including parties which supply the Company with ingredients that are used in producing the Company's beverage products.
