) is pleased to announce, further to its February 6, 2004 news release, that it has made arrangements for secured bridge loans in the aggregate amount of Cdn$2.5 million.

The Company has signed a term sheet with Quest Capital Corp. for a $2,000,000 loan for a term of six months, which term may be extended for a further six months. The loan will bear interest at a rate of 12% per annum Per annum

 compounded and payable monthly, and will be secured by a charge over all of the Company's present and future assets and properties. The Company has agreed to issue to Quest Capital 660,000 common shares as a bonus, and an additional 660,000 common shares if the term of the loan is extended for a further six months.

A management group, comprised of certain officers and directors of the Company, will fund an additional $500,000 loan on the same terms and conditions as the Quest Capital loan, but subordinated in priority and payment to the Quest Capital loan. The Company has agreed to issue to the management group an aggregate of 165,000 common shares as a bonus, and an additional 165,000 common shares if the term of the loan is extended for a further six months. The issuance of bonus shares to the management group is subject to approval by the disinterested shareholders of the Company at the Company's next annual general meeting.
