Sales revenues for the three months ended June 30, 1997 were $17,995,000 compared to $15,740,000 for the same period in 1996 - an increase of 14.3 per cent. Sales revenues for the six months ended June 30, 1997 were $28,506,000 compared to $26,005,000 for the comparable six months of 1996 - an increase of 9.6 per cent.

Gross profit for the three months ended June 30, 1997 was $6,248,000 (34.7 per cent) compared to $5,530,000 (35.1 per cent) for the same period in 1996. Gross profit for the six months ended June 30, 1997 was $9,380,000 (32.9 per cent) compared to $8,499,000 (32.7 per cent) for the comparable six months of 1996.

Net income for the three months ended June 30,1997 was $1,178,000 ($0.05 per share) compared to $691,000 ($0.04 per share) for the same period in 1996. Net income for the six months ended June 30, 1997 was $122,000 ($0.01 per share) compared to $812,000 ($0.05 per share) for the six months ended June 30, 1996.

Selling, general and administrative expenses for the three months ended June 30, 1997 decreased to $4,942,000 compared to $5,076,000 for the comparable period in 1996. Selling, general and administrative expenses have increased to $9,264,000 for the six months ended June 30, 1997 from $8,071,000 for same period in 1996.
