ClearWorks.net Obtains Service Mark For Bundled Digital Services.

 BB:CLWK) announced today that it has obtained a service mark for its package of Bundled Digital Services(sm), which ClearWorks.net provides to residential communities, office buildings and school systems. Similar in some respects to a trademark (TM), a service mark is a brand, symbol, word etc. used by a supplier of services and is protected by law to prevent competitors from using it.

When ClearWorks.net announced its first contract to provide Bundled Digital Services(sm) on March 9, the company clearly expressed its goals regarding its market positioning in the future. The release stated: "Our goal is to become a household name like America Online (NYSE NYSE

Residents in ClearWorks-wired neighborhoods get Internet connections at a bi-directional speed of up to 100 megabits per second (unit) megabits per second - (Mbps, Mb/s) Millions of bits per second. A unit of data rate. 1 Mb/s = 1,000,000 bits per second (not 1,048,576).
