Net loss was $6.0 million ($0.07 per share) for the period compared to a net profit of $51.5 million ($0.61 per share) for the fourth quarter of 1999, mainly due to a gain on sale of a portion of our Romanian interest of $62.1 million in the fourth quarter of 1999.
