Smoking is bad. Big surprise, right? But what young smoker can have powerful nicotine longings first puff. A University of Massachusetts study also found that about half of kids who smoked had symptoms of dependence when smoking just seven cigarettes a month. It used to be thought that it took multiple cigarettes daily to get hooked. Not so, as it turns out. So just that one time? Yeah, not such a good idea.
