Clear acrylic dressing.

3M has introduced a sacral shape to the 3M[TM] Tegaderm[TM] Absorbent clear acrylic dressing line. The dressing is designed to enable easier sacral site wound monitoring while offering the absorbency necessary for fluid management. Its clear layer allows clinicians to monitor sacral wound progress before and after absorption, and can eliminate unscheduled dressing changes. Tegaderm Absorbent clear acrylic dressing is constructed of a breathable transparent dressing film top layer and a perforated moist skin adhesive bottom layer that together "sandwich" an acrylic polymer.
