Clear Technologies today announced the promotion of Mickey Patton to President and Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The new version, C2 CRM, is a fully functional enterprise CRM application that supports two-way integration for both IBM's Lotus Notes Messaging and groupware software from IBM Lotus that was introduced in 1989 for OS/2 and later expanded to Windows, Mac, Unix, NetWare, AS/400 and S/390. Notes provides e-mail, document sharing, workflow, group discussions and calendaring and scheduling.  and Microsoft's Exchange for email and calendaring.

In his new role as President and COO, Mr. Patton will continue to integrate the C2 sales team strategy with Best Practices implementation methodology to insure that C2 customers realize the best possible return on their CRM investment.
